Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта бизнес-аналитиком с детальным написанием функциональных спецификаций для API интеграций и платежных flows.
• Не менее 2 лет в крипто/цифровых активах; знание основных сетей блокчейна и моделей подтверждений.
• Знание AML/KYT, Travel Rule и MiCA; умение работать с документацией API, webhooks и асинхронной обработкой.
• Опыт работы в структурах с управлением и грамотной разработке требований, участие в UAT и QA.
• Уровень английского не ниже Upper-Intermediate и способность работать в enterprise окружении.

Responsibilities

• Лидер по бизнес- и функциональному анализу цифровых активов с фокусом на розничный кошелек.
• Создание SRS, user stories и acceptance criteria для транзакционных циклов, потоков кошелька и интеграций поставщиков.
• Картирование полных транзакционных потоков: депозиты, адреса, подтверждения, выводы, скрининг, reconciliation.
• Документирование интеграций с custody-провайдерами, on/off-ramps и крипто-обработчиками (API, вебхуки).
• Перевод требований по AML/KYT, Travel Rule и MiCA в функциональные требования; координация с QA и UAT.

Andersen is hiring a Business Analyst for a project integrating a multi-asset crypto wallet into a trading platform and enabling secure, seamless cryptocurrency and fiat transactions. The project is focused on developing and integrating a multi-asset crypto wallet into an existing financial trading platform. It aims to enable clients to hold, deposit, withdraw, convert, and trade cryptocurrencies alongside fiat currencies, leveraging third-party infrastructure to deliver a secure, scalable, and seamless digital asset experience.

Leading business and functional analysis for prioritised digital asset initiatives, with a focus on the retail crypto wallet build (deposits, withdrawals, holdings, conversion, custody integrations). Producing clear, testable Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), user stories, and acceptance criteria for transaction lifecycles, wallet flows, and vendor integrations. Mapping complete transaction flows (deposit detection, address generation, confirmations, withdrawals, screening, reconciliation) including edge cases and failure modes. Documenting integration specifications for custody providers, on/off- ramps, and crypto payment processors (API contracts, webhooks, error handling). Translating AML/KYT, Travel Rule, and MiCA- related compliance requirements into functional requirements, working directly with Compliance and Legal Support Engineering and QA throughout delivery by clarifying requirements, assessing change impact, validating functionality, and leading UAT and vendor sandbox testing. Maintaining all requirements in Jira and Confluence to HFM department standards.

Experience as a Business Analyst, with significant time writing detailed functional specifications for technical products (API integrations, transaction systems, payment flows) that engineering teams can build from without ambiguity for 5+ years. At least 2 years on crypto, digital asset, or blockchain-based products. Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals: major networks (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron), stablecoins, transaction confirmation models, network fees, and their operational implications. Working knowledge of crypto-specific compliance: AML/KYT screening, Travel Rule, and awareness of frameworks such as MiCA. Technically fluent: comfortable reading API documentation, understanding webhooks, idempotency, and asynchronous processing. Strong analytical skills with experience in data mapping, process modelling, and edge-case analysis. Proven ability to ramp up fast in complex environments and deliver within a fixed engagement. Experience working inside structured enterprise environments with defined governance, not only in startup settings. Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
