Andersen приглашает Lead Go разработчика для создания высокопроизводительной распределённой платформы и масштабируемых бэкэнд‑решений для корпоративных систем. Вы будете формировать техническую дорожную карту вместе с менеджерами продукта, лидировать команду и обеспечивать качество кода.

Требуется 5+ лет в Go и 2+ года на руководящей позиции, опыт финтех/банковской сферы, знание CI/CD и английский не ниже Upper-Intermediate.

Formación

Andersen is hiring a Lead Go Developer for a project developing a high-performance distributed platform and delivering scalable backend solutions for enterprise systems. Our customer is an international organization operating in the financial and protection services domain. The company provides a diverse portfolio of customer-oriented solutions across multiple business areas and markets.

Задачи

• Designing and evolving scalable distributed systems in Go, choosing appropriate concurrency models and ensuring a balance between performance and maintainability.
• Collaborating with Product Managers to refine high-level business goals into actionable technical plans and delivery roadmaps.
• Anticipating and highlighting edge cases, risks, and technical constraints early in the planning phase to avoid issues during implementation.
• Representing the engineering team in meetings with external stakeholders, explaining technical topics in clear, business-centric terms and challenging unrealistic requirements.
• Leading and performing code reviews for other senior engineers, ensuring high standards for code quality, resilience, and reliability.
• Driving improvements in CI/CD pipelines and engineering processes, helping the team ship high-quality code faster and safely.

Требования

• Go development experience for 5+ years.
• Experience with specifically in a leadership role for 2+ years.
• Higher education in Computer Science (software development, etc.).
• Extensive experience working with AI and the process of implementing/configuring it within a team.
• Experience of working in fintech, banking domains, and working with complex integrations.
• Golang (design of scalable, distributed backend systems).
• Concurrency patterns in Go (goroutines, channels, sync primitives).
• System design for high performance and maintainability.
• CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g. GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
• Level of English – from Upper - Intermediate and above.
• Будет плюсом: Experience in insurance domain; Experience in teamwork with leaders in FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, and others
