Job summary

Ignite Digital is seeking a skilled Technical Analyst II to support a U.S. Navy Software Maintenance Program in the Norfolk, VA region. This role helps Navy stakeholders maintain, modernize, and optimize critical software systems across the fleet.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Physical Sciences, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Psychology with HSI/HFE coursework.
DoW SECRET security clearance and 3+ years in technical specifications development.
Experience with process analysis, design, and analytical problem solving.

Responsibilities

Support development and refinement of technical specifications, system processes, workflows, and documentation.
Conduct process analysis to identify gaps, improve efficiency, and enhance system performance.
Apply analytical and logical problem-solving to troubleshoot issues and provide recommendations.
Collaborate with Navy program personnel, engineering teams, logistics and software maintainers.
Assist in evaluating maintenance approaches, interface requirements, and usability considerations.
Prepare and present analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
