Ignite Digital seeks a motivated Engineer/Scientist Intern to support US Navy software maintenance in the Norfolk, VA area. Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Physics, Network Security, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• Student Interns: at least 90 credit hours toward a BS with minimum GPA 3.0.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering and scientific tasks related to project requirements.
• Assist with development, modeling, analysis and testing activities.
• Conduct research, gather technical data, and help prepare project documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support project objectives.
• Learn and apply engineering methodologies under guidance from senior staff.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the effort.
