Job summary

The role involves clarifying technical details for quotes and orders related to machinery upgrades, conversions, and spare parts, as well as conducting quality audits of machines. You will support Account Administrators in order processing and assembly, maintain accurate history files, and ensure engineering information is documented and retrievable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in mechanical engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years in a technical support, design, or engineering role.
• Fluent in English; German language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clarify technical details for quotes and orders to upgrade/convert machinery.
• Inspect kits, conversions, and machines for quality.
• Support Accounts in order processing, purchasing, and assembly.
• Maintain organized technical information and history files.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
