Job summary

Körber Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Technical Advisor to clarify technical aspects of quotes and orders for machinery upgrades, conversions, and spare parts. You will inspect kits and machines for quality and assist Account Administrators in order processing with technical clarifications.

The role requires 3+ years in a technical role and proficiency in English; German preferred. Additionally, you will maintain equipment history files and may perform overtime to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum of three years in a technical support, design or engineering role.
• Proficient in English; German preferred for global communications.
• Proficient with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Able to interpret 2D and 3D drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Clarify technical aspects of quotes and orders for machine upgrades and conversions.
• Inspect kits, conversions and machines for quality.
• Support order processing, purchasing, sales and assembly with technical clarifications.
• Maintain orderly technical information and history files on site.
• Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.
