Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Child Protection, Psychology, Sociology, Public Health, Human Services, International Development, Social Policy, Public Policy, Education, or a related field.
• Eight years of international advisory/management experience, ideally with an NGO, with focus on family strengthening and related programming.
• Experience providing technical assistance and developing donor proposals.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to agency-wide strategies, standards, and tools for family strengthening and safe family-based care.
• Provide technical solutions to regional teams for planning, design, and M&E of programs.
• Lead development of approaches and frameworks for family strengthening, gatekeeping, reintegration, and kinship/foster care.
• Strengthen government and civil society capacity for child protection and family care services.
• Contribute to proposal design, donor strategies, and learning.
• Promote cross-country knowledge sharing and learning.
