Job summary

CRS seeks a Technical Advisor II for Child Protection and Care Systems Strengthening to lead technical guidance across multi-country programs. You will support regional teams, shape design standards, and ensure donor-aligned, evidence-based interventions that strengthen child protection services and family-based care.

The role emphasizes governance, workforce development, safeguarding, and cross-country learning, applying CRS quality standards and donor guidelines in diverse contexts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in social work, development, policy, or a related field.
Eight+ years in international advisory/management roles with child protection experience.
Experience providing technical assistance and donor-funded proposals.

Responsibilities

Lead agency-wide strategies and tools for child protection and care system strengthening.
Provide technical solutions to regional teams for program design and M&E, ensuring high-quality implementation.
Develop frameworks for child protection, family care reform, safeguarding, and governance.
