Responsibilities

• Contribute to agency-wide strategies, standards, tools and best practices in family strengthening and safe family-based care across partners and governments.
• Provide technical solutions to regional and country teams for planning and implementation using M&E and learning frameworks.
• Lead development of technical approaches and implementation frameworks for family strengthening, gatekeeping, kinship and foster care.
• Support capacity-building of government institutions, faith actors and social service workforces in child protection and family care services.
• Contribute to proposals and donor-responsive design, including monitoring systems and indicators.
• Promote cross-country learning and knowledge management of best practices and innovations.
