Job summary
Catholic Relief Services seeks a Technical Advisor III to shape global health and outbreak response strategies and provide high-level technical leadership. You will guide program design, testing, and scale-up, aligning with national policies and evidence-based practices.
The role includes leadership for cross-cutting health initiatives and 20% FTE internal health guidance for CRS staff during emergencies. You will mentor teams, develop training curricula, and support successful donor engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in public health or related field is required.
- Active clinical license and 5+ years of clinical practice.
- 10+ years combined clinical/public health experience, with international NGO exposure.
- Experience developing curricula, tools, and training for nutrition interventions.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy development and guidance for health and outbreak responses.
- Provide technical leadership for program design, implementation, and scale-up.
- Mentor staff and coordinate learning and capacity-building initiatives.
- Represent CRS with donors and partners to advance health programming.
