Qualifications

• Track record of contributing to business development with donors.
• Proficient in MS Office, web conferencing, and budget management systems.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to agency-wide strategies, standards, tools, and best practices in health security and resilient health systems.
• Provide technical solutions globally for strategic planning and application of program design standards.
• Support staff in proposal development and project design for complex, innovative programs.
• Lead capacity strengthening initiatives through trainings, workshops, and coaching for staff and partners.
• Oversee knowledge management and learning, capturing lessons and disseminating them internally and externally.
• Represent CRS in regional/global forums to foster collaboration and donor engagement.
