Job summary

DNV seeks an experienced Technical Manager & Accreditation Manager for the Americas, based in Houston, TX. You will lead technical governance, accreditation management, and competence approvals to ensure integrity of Management Systems Certification across North and South America.

You will collaborate with the Global Technical Hub and scheme owners, advise auditors and certification teams, and help develop new services while ensuring compliance with ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum four years in the industry with management system certification.
• Lead Auditor in ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ISO 45001.
• Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 17021-1 and accreditation processes.
• Experience with ANAB accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Lead accreditation governance and manage Americas MSC activities.
• Act as primary interface with accreditation bodies (ANAB and others).
• Coordinate accreditation assessments and follow-up actions.
• Oversee competence approvals and evaluator qualifications.
• Support certification decisions and technical reviews.
