Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Active CPA license or in pursuit.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience including public accounting or corporate accounting.

Responsibilities

• Research and document complex accounting treatments under US GAAP.
• Prepare/review SEC filings (10-K/10-Q/8-K) and related disclosures.
• Support ICFR design, testing, and coordination with external auditors.
• Provide guidance to Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Tax on technical accounting topics.
