Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support technical accounting analyses for business transactions and research accounting guidance.
• Assist with preparation and review of disclosures and footnotes for SEC filings (Forms 10-K/10-Q/11-K).
• Collaborate with finance teams and external advisors to gather information and support analyses.
• Assess new accounting standards and regulatory developments and advise on impacts.
• Contribute to SOX compliance, disclosure controls, and internal control activities.
• Prepare accounting memoranda, analyses, and supporting work papers.
• Utilize reporting systems and automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure timely external reporting through effective project management.
