Job summary

Form Energy is hiring a Director of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting to oversee U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting across the organization in a hybrid role from one of our US offices. You will lead external reporting, technical accounting assessments, and SOX controls with cross-functional partners.

You will manage a team of accounting professionals, partner with FP&A for forecasting, and drive policy updates. A CPA with 10+ years in public accounting is preferred.

Qualifications

• CPA license required and publicly traded company experience.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC regs, and SOX 404 compliance.
• Experience managing SEC reporting and technical accounting in public companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEC reporting and external financial reporting with compliance.
• Lead technical accounting assessments and memos.
• Manage audit process and SOX controls with external auditors.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing accounting team.
