Proven Recruiting, Inc. is partnering with a leading company to fill a newly created Financial Reporting Manager role in Dallas, TX. If you’re a self-starter with a strong technical accounting foundation, apply today!

You will lead quarterly and annual financial statements under US GAAP, manage technical accounting matters (leases ASC 842, hedging, impairments), and coordinate with auditors and tax/treasury. Hybrid schedule: onsite Tuesday-Thursday, work from home Monday and Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of technical accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Hands-on experience with hedging, leases (ASC 842), and impairments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosures under US GAAP
• Manage technical accounting matters, including research, memoranda, and complex transactions such as leases, hedging, impairments, and stock-based compensation
• Coordinate with external auditors and partner with tax, legal, and treasury
