Formación

• Experience researching and documenting complex accounting issues under US GAAP.
• Ability to prepare technical accounting memorandums and disclosures.
• Experience with acquisitions, debt and equity transactions, and policy development.

Responsabilidades

• Research, analyze, and document complex accounting issues under US GAAP.
• Prepare technical accounting memorandums and audit-ready analyses.
• Support financial statements, disclosures, and policy development.
