Job summary

Truity Partners LLC is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead technical accounting, financial reporting, and close processes across the organization. The role focuses on lease accounting, revenue recognition, and complex accounting matters, with exposure to acquisitions and integrations as the company grows.

You will research US GAAP, prepare technical memos, mentor the accounting team, and partner with cross-functional groups globally to drive process improvements and accurate statements.

They are seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team, supporting technical accounting matters, financial reporting, and various accounting initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical accounting activities, including lease accounting, revenue recognition, and other complex accounting matters.
• Research and interpret US GAAP guidance, prepare technical accounting memos, and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Support accounting and financial reporting activities, including month-end and quarter-end close processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across global operations to address accounting matters and support business initiatives.
• Assist with acquisition-related accounting, integrations, and other special projects as the organization continues to grow.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to accounting team members while identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within public accounting or a publicly traded organization.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and technical accounting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
