G3 Enterprises seeks a Sr. Manager-Technical Accounting to lead technical accounting and financial reporting for a multi-portfolio organization.

You will oversee lease, fixed asset, and acquisitions accounting, provide GAAP guidance to Accounting and Finance, and drive the company-wide close with a strong emphasis on controls and process improvements. You will coordinate audits, prepare statements and disclosures, and develop accounting policies aligned with GAAP.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance with 8 years of accounting experience.
Experience managing a team of Accounting professionals.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial statement preparation, and month-end close processes.
Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel capabilities.
Experience researching accounting issues and documenting and communicating conclusions.

Mansioni

Serves as the organization's day-to-day technical accounting lead under Director guidance.
Directs lease accounting, fixed asset accounting, and property tax accounting.
Coordinates company-wide month-end and year-end close and oversees general ledger activities.
Prepares consolidated financial statements, balance sheets, cash flows, and reconciliations and provides analyses for leadership.
Maintains reconciliations between GAAP results and other reporting frameworks.
Leads internal and external audits and coordinates responses with auditors.
