Job summary

FTI seeks a Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting Manager to oversee technical accounting, financial reporting, and revenue accounting under the Vice President. Build scalable governance, develop policies, and ensure U.S. GAAP compliance while supporting growth initiatives.

The role emphasizes leading a team, collaborating across Finance and operations, and coordinating with external auditors to ensure clean, accurate reporting. Travel up to 25% and a Monday–Friday schedule are expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP with emphasis on revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Supports development and maintenance of US GAAP accounting policies and governance.
• Researches and documents complex accounting matters.
• Monitors ASC 606 and supports implementation.
• Prepares consolidated financial statements and disclosures.
• Liaises with external auditors on technical accounting.
• Mentors accounting staff and drives process automation.
