Job summary

RTB House is seeking a technically proficient account management support specialist to join our Nordics team in helping brands optimize performance. You will launch campaigns, verify tracking code, monitor results, and translate business goals into actionable technical deliverables.

Ideal candidates have experience in tech support or analytics, familiarity with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, and excellent English communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in tech support, analytical roles and campaign optimization in digital advertising.
• Understanding of URL anatomy (parameters) and basic regex knowledge is a plus.
• Working knowledge of GTM, GA and MMP Dashboards is required.
• Excellent written and spoken English for communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Launch advertising campaigns, verify tracking code, supervise materials, analyze product feeds.
• Monitor ongoing campaigns and translate business objectives into technical deliverables.
• Proactively respond to campaign errors or warnings before they impact performance.
• Collaborate with account managers and sales to deliver high-quality customer service.
