Job summary

RTB House in Poland is seeking a proactive technical account management professional to launch and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms. You will ensure tracking codes are correct and campaigns align with client goals.

You will monitor campaigns, translate business objectives into technical deliverables, and work closely with account managers to deliver high-quality support in an international environment. Remote-first with quarterly in-person meetups in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Experience in tech support, analytics, and campaign optimization in digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and CSS.
• Ability to work with CSV and XML files.
• Familiarity with URL parameters and parametrization rules.
• Proficient English communication for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Launch advertising campaigns and verify tracking code.
• Monitor ongoing campaigns and optimize as needed.
• Translate business objectives into technical deliverables.
