Job summary
RTB House is seeking a technical operations analyst to manage client campaigns, coordinate deployment, and support integrations between rtb.com and client e-commerce platforms. You will work with a cross‑functional team to ensure high-quality service and campaign performance.
The role offers flexible remote options, opportunities to work from DACH offices or from anywhere in the world, and a competitive bonus scheme.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in tech support or analytics within digital marketing.
- Experience with one or more programming languages or API integration.
- Experience with debugging tools including Chrome DevTools and GA4.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Execute technical operations for client campaigns and ensure smooth launch and running processes.
- Coordinate all technical issues related to online campaign deployment.
- Support integration between rtb.com and client e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with sales to deliver high standards of customer service.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and optimize accordingly.
- Propose process improvements to meet internal and external goals.
