Job summary

DEUNA in Mexico City is hiring a Technical Account Manager to be the primary technical contact for merchants after go-live, guiding them through configurations, incident handling, and future platform evolutions.

You will monitor merchant health, coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Operations, and drive improvements to stability, performance, and cost efficiency, while communicating clearly in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Technical Account Management or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of online payment ecosystems (APIs, 3DS, fraud tools).
• Experience with incident management and post-launch operations.
• Excellent communication and English/Spanish skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor merchant technical health and performance.
• Serve as main go-live aftercare contact for merchants.
• Coordinate cross-functional responses with Product, Engineering and Support.
• Lead post-incident reviews and communicate clear resolutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve merchant performance and costs.
