Job summary

AWC, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager to partner with technology vendors, understand product applications, and align solutions with customer needs.

You will collaborate with our sales, engineering and service teams to implement improvements that deliver value on time and within budget. You will learn and apply agile design concepts, demonstrate technologies to customers, and document best practices for sharing with colleagues.

Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor’s in engineering or other technical discipline.
• 5 years of hands-on technical experience.
• Leadership experience as a team lead, a mentor, or a supervisor.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation.
• Ability to see the big picture and manage execution details.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue through sales strategies for instrumentation and valves.
• Collaborate with inside sales, application engineers, and service teams.
• Teach concepts from basics of pressure measurement to complex process control.
• Troubleshoot existing process applications to get customers running.
• Learn and implement technologies with partners.
• Demonstrate technologies to customers and share best practices.
• Create and manage a complex schedule.
