AWC, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as a trusted advisor for industrial customers, helping identify and implement automation and process control solutions to improve safety, reliability, and efficiency.

You will build relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams while driving profitable growth within an assigned territory. The role blends technical expertise with consultative selling and project coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in technical sales, account management, or a related role within industrial automation, instrumentation, or process control markets.
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of industrial control and measurement technologies.
• Experience supporting industrial customers through solution-based or consultative selling approaches.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Develop and Grow Customer Relationships with assigned accounts.
• Drive Business Development and Territory Growth through solution selling.
