Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience supporting SaaS enterprise software.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity products, Zero Trust architecture and security best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with assigned accounts and understand their strategic goals.
• Provide project leadership, coordination, and architectural guidance for security initiatives.
• Lead and drive multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Offer product feedback to Product Management based on customer use-cases.
• Advise on best practices and drive adoption of Illumio solutions.
• Perform health checks, document findings, and recommend improvements.
• Travel up to 30% for customer visits.
