Job summary

Illumio, a leader in breach containment, seeks an senior Product Manager to define, design, and drive the future of Zero Trust and automated containment across hybrid multi-cloud environments. You will work with world-class engineers, partners, and enterprise customers to shape a platform that stops attackers at the network edge.

You will own the strategic vision, lead multi-year roadmaps, and mentor a team of product managers, while collaborating with security operations teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in product management or closely related roles in enterprise security.
• 5+ years shipping analytics, detection, or workflow products for network security.
• 3+ years leading and developing product managers.
• Deep domain expertise in network traffic analysis, security analytics, or threat detection.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year roadmap for advanced security workflows within the Insights platform.
• Drive strategy for threat detection and behavioral analysis for modern SOC environments.
• Partner with engineering leaders to define requirements and prioritize features for agile delivery.
• Collaborate with customers and partners to gather requirements and validate product-market fit.
• Develop innovation roadmap for analytical models and AI/ML features to streamline investigations.
• Lead product planning for platform integrations with ecosystem tools used by security teams.
• Own competitive positioning and articulate Illumio's value proposition with Product Marketing.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of product managers.
