Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in account management, customer service, or related fields.
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn complex software.

• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers, including major convenience store chains and strategic accounts.
• Deliver world-class customer service through proactive communication, timely issue resolution, and follow-through.
• Lead customer onboarding from initial setup through implementation.
• Independently conduct virtual customer training using Teams, Zoom, and other platforms.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate ATM processing agreements and documentation.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
