Job summary

Cash Depot in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Project Manager to own department projects from kickoff to completion. You will define scope, map timelines, allocate resources, and keep stakeholders informed to drive on-time, on-budget results.

You’ll collaborate across departments, identify risks, and implement process improvements while maintaining clear communication with senior leadership and customers. This role is an in-office, daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of professional experience; project management preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or relevant systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with urgency.
• Results-oriented team player who adapts to change.

Responsibilities

• Create project scopes, resource requirements, and timelines.
• Communicate project details with departments across the company.
• Track and report the status of all project tasks.
• Review, analyze, and present project progress to Senior Management.
• Build cost analysis reports and scenarios to guide decisions.
• Keep customers informed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks early and flag issues before delays.
• Support other departments when needed.
• Identify and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Take ownership from kickoff through completion.
