Cash Depot is seeking a technically adept Technical Account Manager to oversee convenience store chains and large strategic accounts. You will coordinate onboarding, training, and ongoing technical support, ensuring accurate ATM processing and service delivery.

Lead customer onboarding, manage complex relationships, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with Sales, Support, and Operations to deliver timely resolutions. A strong organizer with attention to detail will fit this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in account management, customer service, sales, technical support, or a related field.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn complex software applications and financial processing platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and training capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Strategic account management with major convenience store chains and strategic accounts.
• Lead onboarding from initial setup through implementation and training sessions via Teams/Zoom.
• Coordinate ATM processing agreements and service implementations with internal teams.
• Investigate deposit discrepancies, settlement issues, and processing concerns using financial records.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Technical Support, Field Service, Accounting, and Operations to support customer needs.
