Job summary

TuneIn is seeking a Technical Account Manager to own onboarding, technical implementation, and ongoing success of advertising demand partners. This role blends technical problem-solving with relationship management and data analysis across ad tech platforms.

The ideal candidate will work with SSPs, DSPs, and internal teams to ensure successful integrations, revenue optimization, and scalable processes while upholding high professional standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Ad Operations, Programmatic Advertising, Technical Account Management, Revenue Operations, or a related field.
• Experience managing technical relationships with SSPs, DSPs, exchanges, or other programmatic partners.
• Hands-on experience with ad servers and programmatic advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience translating data into business recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner & Technical Account Management: Serve as the primary day-to-day technical contact for demand partners, including SSPs, DSPs, exchanges, and other programmatic partners.
• Lead onboarding, implementation, and maintenance of new demand partners across platforms such as SpringServe, Prebid, Google Ad Manager, AppLovin MAX, and other advertising technologies.
• Monitor partner performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
• Troubleshoot delivery, integration, and performance issues, working with internal and external partners to drive timely resolution.
• Maintain strong partner relationships while ensuring operational excellence and accountability.
