Job summary

SiriusXM is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager, Ad Technology, to own enterprise program strategy and multi-year roadmaps across Ads Engineering. You will partner with engineering and product leaders to shape roadmaps, govern execution, and deliver scalable, high-impact outcomes across ad-serving, RTB, and monetization platforms.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define success metrics, drive governance, and ensure alignment with business goals while managing risk and ensuring

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 7 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree; or 5 years plus a Master’s; or a PhD with 4 years’ experience.
• Experience owning enterprise program strategy and multi-year roadmaps, not just execution.
• Executive-level communication to drive consensus and roadmap decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end delivery of large cross-organizational Ads Engineering initiatives.
• Function as workstream lead for cross-organizational programs across multiple teams.
• Maintain delivery roadmap and align product, engineering, and GTM on goals and ROIs.
• Coordinate program structure, milestones, and success metrics with engineering and product leadership.
• Establish governance, ceremonies, and metrics to improve predictability and health.
