• Onboard & Enable Customers – Lead seamless implementations, ensuring teams quickly adopt and scale with Atlan.
• Be a Strategic Advisor – Work closely with CDOs, CIOs, and data leaders to help them achieve governance and compliance goals.
• Drive Adoption & Value – Proactively identify customer needs, solve challenges, and ensure high engagement and retention.
• Champion Data Governance Best Practices – Educate teams on metadata management, data lineage, access control, and AI-powered automation.
• Be the Customer’s Voice – Gather insights from customers to influence Atlan’s product direction and roadmap.
