The Role
We’re seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Technical Account Manager for a fully remote role. You’ll lead the implementation and deployment of QBench, providing ongoing account management to enhance customer adoption and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple customer projects, ensuring efficient product configuration and environment.
- Manage project planning, goal-setting, and progress tracking.
- Deliver customer training and handle technical queries, ensuring effective use of QBench.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, maintaining strong relationships.
- Conduct detailed requirements analysis and documentation.
- Manage project risks, timelines, and deliverables, including functional requirements and use cases.
- Provide strategic recommendations and solutions, aligning with client needs.
- Conduct high-level testing and ensure smooth transition post-implementation.
- Interface with engineering, product teams, and external vendors.
- Manage account portfolio to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in pre-sales and Scope of Work development.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year experience in a laboratory environment.
- Proven track record in project management, preferably with scientific workflow projects.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in software product adoption and support.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; ability to travel domestically as needed.
