Job summary

Dark Wolf seeks a Technical Writer to develop and sustain enterprise documentation, including SOPs, White Papers, and executive briefings. You will work with SMEs and project managers to translate complex tech concepts into clear deliverables for technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities include producing visual process flows, diagrams, and project plans using MS Visio and PowerPoint. Requires 4+ years of technical writing and a CS/Math related degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent; or 3 years of industry experience.
• 4+ years of technical writing and editing experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (2019+) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Ability to write clear, concise docs for technical, non-technical, and exec audiences.
• Excellent grammar, editing, and attention to detail.
• Experience producing executive briefs, White Papers, SOPs, AARs, SITREPs, meeting minutes, and project plans.
• Ability to develop presentations using Visio, PowerPoint, etc. with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain systems, programming, and operations documentation including user/reference manuals.
• Support documentation management processes and coordinate special services as needed.
• Assist in creating plans, policies, and procedures for project and technology management.
• Maintain liaison with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Gather information through collaboration with SMEs, teammates, and management.
