Job summary

You will collaborate with SMEs to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards, while researching technical information from multiple sources to craft comprehensive materials. The role requires 3+ years of experience, a related degree, and proficiency in MS Office; Windchill and ISO 9001/AS9100 knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing or documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Technical Writing, Engineering, or Science.
• Experience with MS Office and Windchill; knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop documentation including work instructions, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and job aids.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather information and validate accuracy.
• Research technical information from multiple sources to create comprehensive documentation.
• Edit and proofread for clarity, consistency, and adherence to company style guidelines.
• Manage documentation projects including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress to meet deadlines.
• Ensure documentation accuracy, clarity, and compliance with industry standards.
