Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical writing and editing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent technical degree; or 3 years of equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain systems, programming, and operations documentation, including user manuals and reference manuals.
• Support documentation management processes and coordinate special services as required.
• Develop plans, policies, and procedures for project and technology management processes.
• Maintain liaison with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Gather information through collaboration with SMEs, teammates, and management.
• Create executive-level briefings, White Papers, SOPs, AARs, SITREPs, meeting minutes, and project plans.
• Create visual process flows and diagrams using Visio and PowerPoint.
