• Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills; experience beyond routine procurement agreements is essential.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including technology, software, hardware, intellectual property, and licensing transactions.
• Advise on indemnities, limitations of liability, and other complex risk‑allocation provisions.
• Translate technical and business requirements into practical contractual protections.
• Partner with engineering, privacy, litigation, marketing, retail, and other business teams.
• Provide pragmatic, risk‑aware legal advice that helps the business achieve its objectives.
• Support marketing and advertising matters, including sales claims, consumer‑protection requirements, and unfair or deceptive practices.
