Qualifications

• 5+ years of post bar admission legal experience.
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and tactical legal advice on complex matters, presenting a range of solutions while clearly articulating the benefits, risks, and trade-offs of each approach to business stakeholders.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks across programs, clearing blockers and escalating issues when appropriate.
• Advise on licensing matters and manage the process of obtaining and maintaining official permissions, permits, or intellectual property rights as needed.
• Mentor and develop other legal professionals, contribute to recruitment efforts, and model best practices that drive process improvements within the legal team.
