Qualifications

• 5+ years of post bar admission legal experience.
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, outsourcing, cloud computing services or equivalent.
• Knowledge of IT/technology transactions or equivalent.
• Experience managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in complex commercial or technology transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and tactical legal advice on complex matters to business stakeholders.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements to ensure compliance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks.
• Advise on licensing matters and manage IP rights and permissions.
• Mentor and develop other legal professionals and contribute to recruitment and process improvements within the legal team.
