• Provide comprehensive legal support for manufacturing, procurement, and technology licensing initiatives globally.
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements with precision and strategic insight.
• Counsel business teams on intricate supply chain, intellectual property, and regulatory matters.
• Proactively resolve legal challenges and manage potential pre-litigation disputes.
