Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced technology transactions attorney to join its Technology Transactions and Global Procurement Legal team supporting Meta Compute. You will lead end-to-end negotiations of complex infrastructure agreements for AI compute, networks, and storage, partnering with cross-functional teams to align terms with data center programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years negotiating and drafting sophisticated technology procurement, services, and related agreements (e.g., semiconductor development, IP licensing, hardware and software development agreements, MSAs, MSAs, SOWs).
• Experience advising cross-functional business teams on legal risk, contract strategy, and deal structuring for large-scale infra/tech transactions.
• Experience independently managing a high-volume portfolio of complex transactions with minimal supervision.
• Ability to deliver practical legal solutions aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end negotiation and drafting of infrastructure technology agreements, including development, manufacturing, and procurement of hardware components and services from key vendors.
• Serve as a trusted business partner to Meta’s Infrastructure organization, providing strategic and practical legal advice and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align transaction structures with company-wide requirements.
• Develop and maintain scalable contract frameworks, playbooks, and standard form agreements for recurring infra transaction types.
• Manage and coordinate outside counsel on specialized infra matters, ensuring quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Leverage AI-integrated workflows to improve contract review, drafting cycles, and surface risk patterns.
