Job summary

Reflection AI seeks a Compute and Infrastructure Counsel to partner with Strategy and Operations on infrastructure transactions. You will own negotiations for hardware partnerships, data center leases, and power agreements, while building scalable playbooks for fast, rigorous execution.

The role requires a seasoned commercial lawyer with autonomy to shape a new function at the intersection of AI infrastructure and legal strategy.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active U.S. bar membership in at least one jurisdiction.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant legal experience, with infrastructure, hardware, or cloud/compute transactions.
• Ability to lead complex deals, manage deal teams, and provide commercial judgment.
• Strong written and verbal communication suitable for non-lawyer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation of large-scale compute, hardware, and data center agreements.
• Own strategic vendor partnerships and end-to-end infrastructure transactions.
• Build playbooks, templates, and delegation frameworks for fast, rigorous execution.
• Coordinate with Security, Privacy, and Policy teams and manage outside counsel.
