J&T Business Consulting in Seattle, WA seeks a Mid-Level Technology Transactions Associate to join its Technology Transactions Practice Group. The role focuses on IT, IP, and technology agreements for tech, healthcare, life sciences, and media clients.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating a range of IT/IP contracts, conducting legal research, and working independently within a multi-disciplinary team. A CA or WA license or eligibility is required.

Competenze

Minimum of one year of transactional experience with a focus on IP and technology transactions.
Currently licensed to practice law, or eligible to become licensed, in California or Washington.
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills; ability to work independently and deliver creative solutions.

Mansioni

Draft, negotiate, and analyze IT, IP, and commercial agreements including R&D, SaaS, procurement and consulting.
Conduct legal research, writing, and analytical work on complex transactional matters.
Work independently and creatively while collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team.
