J T is seeking a Mid-Level Technology Transactions Associate to join our Technology Transactions Practice Group in San Francisco, CA, Silicon Valley, CA, or Seattle, WA. You will draft, negotiate, and analyze IT, IP, and technology-related agreements for clients across tech, life sciences, and other sectors.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of transactional experience focused on IP and technology matters and is licensed or eligible to practice in California or Washington.

Formación

• Minimum of one year of transactional experience with a dedicated focus on intellectual property and technology transactions.
• Currently licensed to practice law, or eligible to become licensed, in California or Washington state.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills; ability to manage work independently and deliver creative solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, negotiate, and analyze a variety of IT, IP, and commercial agreements, including R&D, SaaS, procurement, and consulting agreements.
• Conduct legal research, writing, and analytical work on complex transactional matters.
• Work independently and creatively while collaborating successfully as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
