Job summary

J&T Business Consulting in San Francisco invites a mid-level Technology Transactions Associate to join our Technology Transactions Practice Group. You will draft, negotiate, and analyze IT, IP, and commercial agreements, including R&D, SaaS, procurement, and consulting arrangements, while supporting senior lawyers on complex matters.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of transactional experience focused on IP and technology, is licensed or eligible to practice in California or Washington,

Qualifications

Minimum of one year of transactional experience with a dedicated focus on intellectual property and technology transactions.
Currently licensed to practice law, or eligible to become licensed, in California or Washington state.

Responsibilities

Draft, negotiate, and analyze IT, IP, and commercial agreements, including R&D, SaaS, procurement, and consulting agreements.
Conduct legal research, writing, and analytical work on complex transactional matters.
Work independently and creatively while collaborating successfully as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
