Job summary

The People Of: Professional Services seeks a Technology Transactions Associate to join its Technology Transactions team in Seattle, with offices in Portland and Sacramento. Qualifications

• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate collaboration, licensing, partnering, and commercial agreements.
• Advise clients on product strategy, development, and market positioning.
• Assist with IP and technology aspects of M&A and venture financings.
• Conduct research across technologies such as AI, fintech, autonomous vehicles, edtech, renewable energy, AR/VR, cybersecurity, biotech, and digital health.
