Job summary

J T seeks a Mid-Level Technology Transactions Associate to join our Technology Transactions Practice Group. The ideal candidate drafts, negotiates, and analyzes IT, IP, and technology agreements across sectors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified lawyers licensed in CA or WA with at least one year of transactional experience, strong research, writing, and analytical abilities, and the capacity to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of transactional experience focused on IP and technology transactions.
• Licensed to practice law or eligible to become licensed in California or Washington.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills; ability to work independently and deliver creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and analyze IT, IP, and commercial agreements (R&D, SaaS, procurement, and consulting).
• Conduct legal research, writing, and analysis on complex transactional matters.
• Collaborate as part of a multi-disciplinary team while working independently.
