• Coursework in IP, technology, and/or commercial law is required.
• 3–6 years of IP and commercial transactions experience in a law firm.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate technology and IP agreements including licensing, development, services, and distribution.
• Provide IP diligence and strategic counseling in M&A and equity financing transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address IP risks and strategy.
